These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products and the provision of construction, renovation, installation and related services by RENOPRO LTD (“RENOPRO”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order, purchasing products or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Products & Services
RENOPRO LTD supplies construction materials, home improvement products and related goods through our website. We also provide construction, renovation, installation, repair and maintenance services where stated.
All products and services are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where products become unavailable, pricing errors occur or fraud is suspected.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable but exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges are calculated during checkout.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before your order is accepted.
Where VAT rates change before dispatch, we will adjust the VAT charged in accordance with applicable UK legislation.
4. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available on our website.
For products, payment will normally be taken when your order is dispatched.
For construction services, we may require:
- A deposit before work begins.
- Stage payments during the project.
- Final payment immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest at 2% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily until paid in full.
Ownership of goods remains with RENOPRO LTD until payment has been received in full.
5. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and specifications are accurate.
However:
- Colours may vary depending on your screen settings.
- Product packaging may differ from images shown.
- Dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
- Manufacturers may change specifications without notice.
Customers should always read all instructions, safety information and product labels before installation or use.
Unless otherwise stated, RENOPRO LTD is not the manufacturer of the products we sell.
6. Quotations
All quotations issued for construction or installation work remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Acceptance of a quotation forms the basis of our contract.
Any changes requested after acceptance may result in additional charges and revised completion dates.
7. Variations
Any additional work requested after a quotation has been accepted will be treated as a variation.
Variations may increase the overall project cost and extend completion times.
No variation shall proceed until agreed by both parties where reasonably practicable.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
- Ensure electricity and water are available where required.
- Remove valuables from work areas.
- Obtain planning permission, building control approval or landlord consent where legally required.
- Inform us of any known hazards before work begins.
Failure to provide suitable access may result in additional charges.
9. Delivery
Orders are normally processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT/BST), weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership transfers only after full payment has been received.
10. Installation & Project Completion
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith.
Completion may be affected by:
- Severe weather
- Material shortages
- Hidden structural issues
- Utility interruptions
- Customer requested changes
- Events beyond our reasonable control
We will keep customers informed of significant delays.
11. Cancellation Of Products
Consumers have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Returned goods must be unused where possible and returned within 14 days of cancellation.
Unless free returns were offered, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory proof of return.
12. Cancellation Of Services
If the customer cancels after work has commenced, the customer will remain responsible for:
- Work already completed.
- Materials purchased.
- Special-order items.
- Any reasonable costs already incurred.
Deposits may be non-refundable where stated in the quotation.
13. Returns
We comply fully with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us promptly.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
Please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photographs where appropriate
14. Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot normally be returned unless faulty:
- Bespoke products
- Made-to-order items
- Cut-to-size materials
- Special order products
- Items installed or permanently fixed after delivery
15. Warranties
Unless otherwise stated, products supplied by RENOPRO LTD are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Where installation services are provided by RENOPRO LTD, workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect installation by third parties
- Accidental damage
- Misuse
- Neglect
- Unauthorised alterations
- Lack of maintenance
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
16. Customer Safety
Customers must keep children, visitors and pets away from active work areas.
RENOPRO LTD reserves the right to suspend work where site conditions are unsafe.
17. Waste Removal
Removal of construction waste is included only where specifically stated within the quotation.
Otherwise, disposal remains the customer’s responsibility.
18. Force Majeure
RENOPRO LTD shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control including:
- Flood
- Fire
- Storm
- Pandemic
- Industrial action
- Government restrictions
- Material shortages
- Transport disruption
- Utility failures
Where such events continue for an extended period, either party may terminate the contract regarding any uncompleted work.
19. Limitation Of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under English law.
Subject to this, RENOPRO LTD shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Loss of profit or business.
- Delays beyond our reasonable control.
- Damage arising from failure to follow installation or maintenance instructions.
20. Personal Data
We process all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.
21. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, photographs, graphics, designs and written material remain the property of RENOPRO LTD unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent.
22. Children
Our website is intended for users aged 18 years or over.
Persons under 18 may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
23. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumers have additional statutory rights under Scottish or Northern Irish law.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and RENOPRO LTD regarding the sale of products and the provision of services.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
